WHAT I DID
Partnered with the C-suite to lead the launch of the Eversense CGM system. Established positioning and go-to-market strategy and developed the full suite of HCP launch materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all physician touchpoints.
RESULT
Developed training materials that led to engaging and training 1,850 clinicians, country-wide across 50 hospital diabetes centers, surpassing the client’s goal of training 900 clinicians.
Developed the patient ambassador program and social media influencer group, increasing conversion by 25%.
