I established the core concept and editorial framework, shaping a report that humanized an institution often perceived as impersonal and bureaucratic. Through strategic storytelling, the design reframed the Port Authority’s role by focusing on people, impact, and everyday life across the region.

• Direct client collaboration and stakeholder alignment

• Concept development and creative direction

• Data visualization and information hierarchy

• End-to-end design execution and production oversight

 

With no predefined creative constraints, I translated abstract goals, dense data, and regulatory content into a cohesive, visually powerful report that balanced clarity, transparency, and emotional resonance.
