I oversaw concept development, design, and production for all media channels, ensuring a unified brand voice and consistent visual identity across hundreds of touchpoints.

I guided weekly content cycles that supported product launches, promotional campaigns, in-store experiences, and brand storytelling. My leadership ensured that each asset not only met fast turnaround requirements but also elevated the brand’s presence in a rapidly evolving, highly competitive market.

RESULT

The result was a cohesive, scalable creative system that powered Trulieve’s ongoing retail growth and strengthened engagement across multiple customer segments and channel.

Rebranding "Mini Mondays"

The approach for the ongoing mini Mondays campaign was stale and dry. There was no concept or strategy to help it develop its own personality. It needed life pumped into it.

 

Below are three mood board concepts; the third option is what was chosen.

Every day is Monday

  • Create a highly stylized, minimalistic environment.

  • Include irreverent & fun sayings that are focused on/around Monday

  • By using everyday items, we establish the ease, the frequency, the idea of always having minis with you and on hand just like a phone, keys, wallet, etc., regardless if it’s Monday

  • This approach skews towards lifestyle

  • A unique approach to allow Trulieve to "own" (mini) Mondays

  • Create an engaging experience that patients will look forward to seeing every week

  • Create a simple environment that is surreal and magical

  • We can incorporate themed months, events, holidays, etc.
